A/Z Recognized as a 2016 Top Workplace
It brings us great pleasure to announce that for the fourth time in recent years our team 
members have voted A/Z a Top Workplace. The Hartford Courant Top Workplace employee survey reveals how workers feel that their companies are doing across a set of core factors – things like compensation, company leadership, direction and benefits. Employee fulfillment and purpose within their ranks is also taken into consideration.
We are also proud to announce that our President & CEO, Perry Lorenz, was recognized for his leadership as a result of the employee survey. Perry was awarded the Top Leader for a Midsize Employer.
