Demo Day at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy

We’re pleased to announce that we had reached Demo Day of the old Pine Hall to make way for the new U.S. Coast Guard Academy’s Maritime Center for Excellence. This huge milestone clears the footprint for the new 20,000 SF centerpiece facility. The new building will transform the Academy’s waterfront and provide a state-of-the-art workplace for its staff to maintain the Academy’s fleet of boats safely and securely. In addition, the building aims to foster scientific exploration with the creation of a new Science and Engineering Innovation Laboratory that encourages collaboration in robotics alternative fuels and emissions, environmental and coastal resiliency, and other related sciences.
