A/Z Completes Final Phase of Teva’s New Facility

A/Z recently completed construction management services for Teva’s New West Chester Building 400 Fit-Out Project. The facility underwent over 33,000 SF of interior upgrades in support of Teva’s current objectives and its anticipated future growth. The project encompassed three succinct phases of work that updated offices, conference room, and various amenities within the facility.

Phase 1 consisted of the build-out of 19,000 SF of space including 15 conference rooms along with a main 276-person training facility. Phase 2 consisted of a 7,500 SF development to support a 145-seat cafeteria complete with a food preparation kitchen. Phase 3 added a 4,500 SF state-of-the-art fitness center with locker, yoga, and aerobics rooms.

Both Phase 1 and 3 were completed concurrently to accommodate the immediate needs for professional training as well as support TEVA’s wellness initiatives. Phase 2 proceeded following the previous two phases and allows TEVA’s team a pleasing environment to enjoy meals and creates an atmosphere for team building.
