A/Z Receives Hartford Courant’s Top Workplaces Award

We are pleased to announce that A/Z Corporation has been recognized for making The Hartford Courant’s Top Workplaces 2019 list. A/Z is a seven-time recipient of the award and scored #5 for Top Employers in the Midsize Category. Previously in 2018 and 2016, Perry Lorenz, President of A/Z, was awarded the leadership award in the midsize category.

The award is based solely on employee responses gathered through a survey administered by research firm Energage. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including company values, whether new ideas are encouraged, do managers help employees learn and grow as well as the basics, such as pay, benefits, and training.
