Caputo Trattoria Opens in Foxwoods

A/Z recently completed the renovation of an existing space at Foxwoods Resort Casino to turn it into Caputo Trattoria, a high-end Italian restaurant operated by the nationally renown Craveable Hospitality Group. This new restaurant features Italian cuisine from various regions, including coastal classics, Roman favorites, and Northern delicacies.

Our team was responsible for completely transforming the existing space into a new restaurant. The replacement of architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems throughout the space gave way to the installation of the unique finishes that confer the atmosphere envisioned for the trattoria. These include stone and terracotta elements as well as unique lighting reminiscent of a nighttime dining experience.
