Mohegan Sun Earth Hotel Project Launches

We’re tremendously excited to announce that A/Z will be managing the $120 million development of the newest addition to the Mohegan Sun flagship resort and casino property in Uncasville, CT. The 14-story Earth Hotel will complement the adjacent Earth Casino and Sky Hotel with the addition of more than 400 rooms and suites. The 240,000+ square foot building is an exciting opportunity for both Mohegan Sun and the local community with the potential to generate over 1,000 construction and permanent jobs as well as 1,200 indirect jobs for supporting suppliers. The striking glass-clad structure was modeled after the Sky Hotel by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates to pay homage to the natural geography of the riverfront site.
