Foxwoods engaged A/Z to manage a comprehensive guest room renovation at the Two Trees Inn hotel totaling more than 135,000 sf. The project team used a methodically phased approach to renovate approximately 340 rooms in phases, while minimizing impacts to the hotel and turning over rooms for occupancy as quickly as possible. Each phase encompassed renovations to the suite and bathroom amenities such as flooring, wall covering, fixtures, and bathroom hardware for 40 guest rooms at a time.
