In order to better suit Pfizer’s evolving needs, 2,500 sf of existing vivarium space within Building 220 was repurposed into new laboratories. The project included complete demolition and renovation of level 1 within the multistory facility. With the remainder of the facility operational, A/Z was required to work throughout levels 2, 3, and 4, practicing clean build protocol. The converted space houses Pfizer’s Nutrition Products, AD Synthesis, and P5 Isolator labs.
