Steiner Management Services engaged A/Z to oversee the build-out of its new satellite location inside of the Earth Tower hotel at Mohegan Sun resort and casino. As A/Z was also overseeing the construction of the hotel itself at the time, and our participation in the spa project allowed the team to accelerate the work on the spa to ensure its timely execution. The new satellite facility was built-out within approximately 2,700 square feet of space in the Earth Tower. It features seven new treatment rooms along with the necessary support space to operate and manage the spa. These include a reception area and vestibule / shop, a waiting room, supply storage, restrooms, and back-of-house areas. The premium experience and aesthetics synonymous with the Mandara Spa brand are now available to resort visitors and Earth Tower guests at this location.
