A/Z was selected to renovate approximately 18,000 sf of LSNE’s facility in Bedford, NH. The space includes the addition of a mezzanine and fit-out of over 5,000 sf of new lab space along with offices, conference rooms, and storage areas throughout both the first and second floor. The first floor contains the lab spaces and the supporting offices, reception, and conference areas. The second floor is primarily office space and records storage. In addition, the project encompassed new ceilings, lighting, specialty finishes as well as MEP systems consisting of a new roof top AHU, a new standby generator with ATS, pH neutralization system, and dedicated exhaust circuits.
