A/Z provided construction management services in support of the development of a four-acre parcel of land in Rocky Hill, CT into Arburg’s new North American Headquarters. The 25,000 sf facility was constructed from the ground-up to house the company’s administrative and sales offices, showroom, training facilities, spare parts storage, and warehousing in support of its line of injection molding machinery. The two-story administrative area houses open and hard wall offices, conference rooms, lounges, and a cafeteria. The showroom and warehouse section of the new facility features shipping and receiving areas with trailer truck access, racked and carousel spare parts storage, new machine storage, and special project and setup areas.
