A/Z was selected by Bryant University to manage their 2018 summer Residence Hall Program. The project involved renovating the existing restrooms, hallways, and stairs within Residence Hall #14. The team replaced the ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes at the bathrooms and corridors in the building. This included solid surface wall-hung countertops with integral sinks, a hollow metal flush door and frame in the CMU partition for the janitor’s closet as well as toilet partitions, shower dressing room compartments, and toilet accessories. Additionally, the scope of work involved installing a sprinkler system, removing and replacing the water closets, insulating new water piping, and replacing the domestic water main riser behind the showers.
