As one of the world’s largest utility providers, National Grid provides safe and dependable electrical and natural gas services to millions of customers in the United States alone. To support this commitment, National Grid engaged A/Z to provide construction management services for a Special Purpose Facility. The building features approximately 155,000 sf of control rooms, open office space, and conference areas, supported by data, HVAC, and electrical redundancy to ensure continuous operation. Through strong collaboration between A/Z and the design team of Spagnalo, Gisness & Associates and AHA Consulting Engineers, the building achieved a LEED Gold certification.
